Founded by Tiffany Hawthorne, a Registered Nurse with over 17 years of experience, our mission is to empower people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to build meaningful careers in healthcare while improving the quality of care in our communities.

We focus on more than just certifications—we’re here to create opportunities. Whether it’s helping someone start a new career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or ensuring a parent knows CPR to keep their family safe, we aim to provide training that changes lives. We offer programs like CNA certification, Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) training, and CPR/first aid classes. For those who may not be able to afford these courses, we provide scholarships and tuition assistance because we believe financial barriers shouldn’t stand in the way of success.

Our approach is simple: combine high-quality instruction with genuine care. We partner with local healthcare organizations, employers, and community leaders to ensure our students not only graduate with certifications but also step into jobs that make a real impact. Through word of mouth, local partnerships, and outreach, we’re building a trusted institution that serves both students and the greater community.

Our financial model is designed for sustainability and growth. Tuition fees, grants, donations, and community fundraising events help fund our programs and allow us to give back to those in need. In our first year, we projected enrolling 50 students and generating $110,000 in revenue. By year four, we aim to triple that number, expanding our reach and impact even further.
